The table on rue Stanislas
Brasserie Stanislas
French cooking, in the heart of Nancy
At 32 rue Stanislas, a few steps from the square, Brasserie Stanislas occupies one of the liveliest addresses in central Nancy. Three dining rooms, three terraces, and the same intention since day one: to keep French cooking alive. In the kitchen, everything is made on the premises — the bœuf bourguignon, the quiche lorraine, the chips, the desserts. The menu follows the seasons and looks towards Lorraine — mirabelle plum, bergamot, madeleine de Commercy, aged cheeses — without being confined by it. Our pizzas are shaped by hand, with our own dough and carefully chosen ingredients. At the bar, our mixologist writes a cocktail list that carries the evening on, and improvises on request. And because Nancy is a city of universities, weddings and companies, our private room hosts doctoral celebrations, wedding receptions, seminars and family gatherings, all with the same care.
